The Voice Season 21 winners Girl Named Tom made their Grand Ole Opry debut this week. The sibling trio, who competed on Kelly Clarkson’s team last year, shared what the performance meant to them in an Instagram video.

Siblings Bekah, Caleb, and Josh Liechty sat down to talk about how excited they were about performing at the Grand Ole Opry. Bekah said they were “honored” to be stepping onto the same stage that has been inhabited by so many iconic musicians.

The group also admitted that they were nervous about the performance, with Josh saying they could “feel the history” of the venue and adding that “to be a part of that is so wild.”

According to the Opry Instagram post, the group received a standing ovation for their performance. They’re not the only talent show stars to make their Opry debut recently. The Voice coach Gwen Stefani recently gave her first performance at the venue alongside husband Blake Shelton, and AGT finalists Chapel Hart also made their debut last month.

The Group Is About to Go on Tour

Recently, Girl Named Tom announced that they’re going on a Christmas tour with a cappella group Pentatonix. The tour kicks off November 17 in Oakland, California, with stops in various U.S. cities through December 22.

The group also recently teased that they’re working on a Christmas album of their own. The group previously released the song “No Snow for Christmas,” so the idea of a full holiday album is exciting. Hopefully we’ll learn more soon.

In the meantime, The Voice is gearing up to choose a new winner to follow in the group’s footsteps. Season 22 is in full swing, with Battles currently airing. Which coach will have the winning team? We’ll have to wait and see.
