Spotify Live is an audio experience from Spotify that lets you listen to live discussions in Spotify, or participate through the Spotify Live app. Through virtual rooms you can listen and talk about the things you love with creators and fans with similar interests.
You can listen to select livestreams on Spotify, or download the Spotify Live app from the Apple App Store (iOS), or from the Google Play Store (Android).
If you already have a Spotify account you can log in to Spotify Live using your Spotify login details, or by tapping the Continue with Spotify button.
No. Anyone can use Spotify Live for free. Just download the Spotify Live app and create an account.
The Spotify Live app is available to download in most countries where Spotify is available.
Note: The app is currently available in English only.
Anyone using the Spotify Live app can speak. Each room has a host, speakers, and listeners.
The host is the person who started the room. They control requests to speak on stage, and when the discussion ends. Hosts can also switch the discussions tab (chat message function) on/off.
The speaker is the person on stage speaking.
The listeners are those listening to the discussion. A listener can participate by raising their hand to speak or ask questions if they are using the Spotify Live app.
To ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, the following are not allowed:

If you are listening to live audio, or viewing chat in a room, and find content that violates any of Spotify Live’s content rules, you can report it via the Spotify Live app.
