FOX 7 viewer Michael McCluskey caught what seems to be a non-supercell twister on digicam as a storm line approached Central Texas Thursday afternoon. 
He shared the video with FOX 7:
A landspout was noticed in Liberty Hill by viewer Michael McCluskey on August 18.
Initially, the video was believed to be exhibiting a mud satan. FOX 7 Austin Meteorologist Adaleigh Rowe says in any other case.
