The freshest addition to the Law & Order: SVU cast is Detective Jose “Joe” Velasco, played by Pisano. Joe enters the SVU as a detective after Katriona Tamin (Jamie Gray Hyder) retires at the end of Season 22. He’s a great addition to the force and now a prominent member of the SVU family.
