Kentucky native Holly Forbes gets rare 4-chair turn on ‘The Voice.’ Watch her perform
Performing her rendition of Elton John’s “Rocket Man,” on NBC’s “The Voice,” Holly Forbes, a Kentucky mother of two, blew the coaches away along with her hovering vocals.
Throughout Monday’s Season 21 blind auditions, all 4 coaches turned their chairs, which is the equal of claiming “decide me and my crew, please, please, please.”  
After the 30-year-old completed her audition, coaches Kelly Clarkson, John LegendBlake Shelton and Ariana Grande every praised Forbes for her expertise. 
“That was so unbelievable,” Grande mentioned, praising Holly’s efficiency with tears in her eyes. “I’m, like, choked up, past. Each single second of it was so emotionally charged. I respect and admire and would like to work with you.”
“My favourite half is whenever you hit these little notes within the verses, that’s what’s spectacular,” Shelton advised Forbes. “That’s what makes you not only a singer, that makes you an artist, an individual and somebody who everybody can relate to in that second.”

Forbes was the ultimate contestant on Monday’s episode and the present resulted in a cliffhanger, not revealing which coach she chosen. On Tuesday, Forbes introduced she was going with coach Kelly Clarkson because the competitors continues.  
Forbes is the second Kentucky contestant on “The Voice” this season. Last week Louisville-native Kinsey Rose joined Team Kelly
The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on NBC.
